About D’Arcy

D’Arcy Vanderpool is an executive advisor and visionary coach who provides business and personal coaching, corporate consulting, and training. As an excellence expert, helping thousands of clients since she started her program of success and happiness over 25 years ago, she is the CEO of a successful consulting business. D’Arcy’s expertise includes culture change, strategic planning, project design, leadership development, and relationship building.

D’Arcy’s professional designation as a Certified Professional Coach by the International Coach Federation serves as a strand of excellence in her life tapestry. Another is a Senior Trainer on the faculty of Mentor Coach, a coaching university for consultants, psychologists and other mental health professionals. A special highlight was afforded D’Arcy when she was asked to serve as a trainer for Authentic Happiness Coaching, a Coach Training Program in Positive Psychology led by Martin P. Seligman.

As the CEO and Administrator of training institutions, D’Arcy has developed programs for organizations, executives, coaches, psychotherapists and powerful couples. She has taught psychology and organizational development at Antioch University and been an administrator of graduate psychology programs. After spending years in the behavioral sciences and having a radio show, she has helped many to focus on creating the life of their dreams.

D’Arcy is a young and energetic woman with 62 years to develop wisdom and excellence in her life. She has more zest for life than most people and has an incredible ability to learn from the past, forgive and live a life of gratitude. She is happily in love with life, her friends, children grandchildren, and Pooh—the Lhasa Apso kid.

She loves to entertain friends and share delightful and intense evenings of story and laughter. You will often find her cooking, gardening, designing environments, managing real estate investments, sailing, and desiring to play the piano again. The Steinway awaits as she gives her energy to family, friends and clients.

She is devoted to helping others emerge as the authentic selves they were meant to be. She designs environments for others to evolve into their potential as well as their living environments for peace and beauty.
